This course is for anyone learning to make a new habit last: a first-year setting up a study routine, an adult returning to study, someone learning a language or an instrument. No prior experience is needed, and it works well as a first course.
Small actions, repeated consistently, add up over time. Results often lag behind effort, much like the months of stumbling over basic phrases before the day you realise you are thinking in a new language. The course helps you see the progress that is building beneath the surface and keep going. It shows how habits form, how to attach a new behaviour to a routine you already have, and how to design a personal system, because goals set the direction while systems carry the progress.
You begin with Why Small Actions Matter, where The Compound Effect Journal records one small action each day and a map helps you see where you are on the path between effort and visible results. The Science of Habits follows, with My Habit Formation Planner and My Habit Stacking Blueprint, which chains a few small habits onto an existing anchor. In Systems, Practice & Science you design My Personal Growth System, from a morning ritual to a weekly review, and use the Deliberate Practice Planner to work on one specific skill and its weakest part, with stretch and feedback. The course closes with The Science of Journaling and My Growth Commitment Contract, written in the first person and signed.
I suggest you begin with the first module, Why Small Actions Matter. You can try the whole course free for 24 hours.
